A ribbon cutting ceremony for Truston's latest facility, at John D. Rockefeller IV Industrial Park in Pineville, WV, was held to great fanfare on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. The 18,250-square-foot state-of-the-art fabrication shop provides countless advantages compared to the previous facility that will result in expanded capabilities and improved efficiencies. The improved resources are necessary to keep pace with fabrication demand, in addition to adding more skilled labor.
The event was attended by a large group of stakeholders and media. The key note address was given by U.S. Senator Capito. Also in attendance were representatives from U.S. Senator Manchin’s office, WV Congressman Jenkins, Wyoming County Economic Development Authority, West Virginia Economic Development Authority, West Virginia Department of Commerce, West Virginia Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and WVU Industrial Extension, among others.
Working with Truston on getting the new facility ready, and customizing it to their needs, was a team of governmental and industry organizations including the Wyoming County Economic Development Authority, West Virginia Development Office, and West Virginia Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
