In a more specific sense, a Quality Control Plan is developed for each contract to ensure each Customer’s unique requirements are met (in accordance with our mission statement). As with most of our contract specific QC plans, the plan includes descriptions of the organization, lines of communication, assignment of authority, submittal preparation and approval procedures, material control, testing and acceptance procedures, identifying, tracking, and correcting deficiencies, and identifying quality requirements for each definable work feature. Additional controls for design tasks are included as appropriate on individual task orders. In total the QC plan assists Truston to prevent quality problems before they happen and ensure quality issues are properly resolved when they do occur. The plan also helps our team communicate and verify theses goals with our Customer.
Project Specific Quality Plans and Tools
To ensure successful completion of all projects, Truston implements a rigorous quality control plan for all projects we are involved. Truston hosts a Coordination Meeting prior to mobilization and monthly meetings there after for all contracts. Submittals and Deliverables are timely and of high quality. Daily reports have become ingrained into our project management functions through years of Government work.
In addition to the quality control plan, Truston structures our projects by implementing the following quality standards and processes to ensure all of the performance work statement requirements are fully met.

4) Preparation of Submittal Register

By preparing a submittal register, all parties are able to continuously monitor requirements of the PWS and provide assurance to the Customer that all requirements are met. The submittal register is prepared and submitted to the Customer for approval prior to the commencement of any WBS activities.
Process Control
Through proper use of the Quality Control Planning documents, Truston’s QC manager, and on-site Project Supervisor’s will have a clear and defined understanding of the project requirements. Truston’s QC manager will track the project process from material purchases to final acceptance ensuring proper QC documentation and compliance with specifications.
Process Improvement Tickets and Continuous Improvement
Truston’s QC program implements the use of “Process Improvement Tickets” that document any non-compliance issues found during construction. These tickets are expedited through the QC and project management staff to ensure immediate resolution and then published company wide as applicable for continuous process improvement.
